CANTERBURY
Renovation
A modern extension to an elegant old frontage.

This project involved a fresh breath of life to the aging building which included rebuilding the entire attic space underneath the existing roof.

The main family room has extra large eaves meeting floor to ceiling windows keeping out the hot summer sun, but still allowing plenty of light in to this beautiful room.

A huge single-span basement was added under the new extension capable of housing five cars, and thousands of bottles of wine in the temperature controlled cellar/bar.

A new pool, spa and cabana styled granny flat were added in the backyard to cap off this magnificent project.
