Heritage Restoration

This heritage listed mansion was teetering on the point of no return when we started this once in a lifetime project. 

Neglected and forgotten for close to 30 years, it's only residents in that time were rodents, bats and countless bees.

Koorool Constructions worked closely with a specialist heritage architecture firm to bring this magnificent beauty back to life, with a few modern luxuries not available when first constructed in 1863.
